  • Location: Kununurra Western AustraliaReach Beyond broadcasts the gospel to the Asia Pacific region in 29 languages from our site in Kununurra. Our vision is to make the gospel more accessible to unreached people groups and those that have limited or restricted access to the gospel.Based at our broadcast facility in the beautiful Kimberley region of Western Australia, this unique and exciting ministry opportunity is ideally suited to a person seeking to be fulfilled in a ‘second-half' career with a passion for kingdom impact and a sense of adventure. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for managing our Kununurra facility (far North Western Australia). Ideally the person will have significant experience in managing people (staff and volunteers) including the ability to develop strategic partnerships in the local community. Experience in project management would be an advantage but not essential. In short, the position has a strong emphasis on the value of relationship but can certainly be ‘hands on' at times.Kununurra is a well-appointed remote town in one of Australia's pristine environments. The General Manager will also serve as the primary liaison between the Kununurra operations and the national office located at Kilsyth, Victoria.Reach Beyond is looking to fill this position for a minimum of three years.   • Reach Beyond is looking for an inspiring individual to mobilise people into cross-cultural mission in the various regions where we operate. This includes presenting the work of Reach Beyond to potential candidates in the UK, helping to select appropriate individuals that fit the ethos and requirements of the organisation, and placing them where their skills are most appropriate. You will also be involved in member care and building relationships with sending churches.The Mobiliser will work closely with other members of the Reach Beyond team and will also liaise remotely with the personnel team at Reach Beyond in the USA and staff in other regions.   • A ministry partner is looking for a person to be responsible for and lead a project to mobilise people of the community in various activities such as health education, community based tourism and agricultural support.Requirements: - University degree in a development related field - At least five years' professional experience in a community development related field - At least three years' experience working in a cross-cultural setting - Administrative experience in the context of an NGO - Experience in project management preferred - Experience as an educator helpful - Experience writing materials in English, so as to document the training into a curriculum - Willing to learn Russian and/or local languageThe successful applicant is required to raise their support or have the capacity to be self-funded and must be able to sign the Reach Beyond Statement of Faith.

  • A ministry partner specialises in the placement of professionally qualified people into positions related to health, education, engineering, social welfare and community development. They are looking for a person to help with recruitment and provide administrative support to foreign volunteers who work in the organisation.Requirements: - some training and/or experience in personnel and office administration - good written and oral communication skills in English (but not necessarily mother-tongue English) - people and networking skills - computer skills - ability to take initiative The person will coordinate closely with national colleagues.
